EasyAntiCheat
EasyAntiCheat (EAC) is a third party anti-cheat software made by, you
guessed it, EasyAntiCheat. We implemented EAC into the game with Patch
#10 to help stop cheaters/hackers from being able to play online. It is
extremely helpful to us for a lot of reasons, one of the most important
being that we can focus more on the game now because someone is keeping
an eye on possible cheaters for us.
With new software of
course comes new questions, and potential bugs. I wanted to share EAC's
website and FAQ so that you may learn more about them. As well as access
their knowledge base to find answers to common problems you may be
experiencing. They offer a lot of guides on fixing problems, and have a
very helpful community if you are experiencing problems with EAC.
